Founder Patricia Irwin, BSN, RN, COS-C, HCS-D, is an ACHC- and CHAP-certified consultant with deep subject-matter expertise in home health regulatory compliance. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in the home health industry, Patricia has led and supported nursing, risk management, quality, patient experience, operations, and project management initiatives.
This whole-agency perspective enables OHS to address the interconnected issues that are too often handled in isolation. We help organizations align patient care, OASIS and clinical documentation, coding, reimbursement, staffing, QAPI, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operations—so that every part of the agency is working toward the same standard of excellence.
